Spring Valley Luther League Oven Scrambled Eggs

 

Feeds about 40 people – Add ham to feed 50

350 Degrees about 45 minutes – 1 hour

 

q       ½ Loaf (24oz) bread with crust cut off and cubed

q       2 quarts mile (whole)

q       4 dozen eggs

q       2 tablespoons of salt

q       1 teaspoon of pepper

 

Let mixture set 2-3 hours or overnight in refrigerator for best flavor

 

Put bread in flat roasting pan. Pour milk over bread, and let set while beating eggs, salt and pepper. Add to baking pan and stir. Bake while stirring constantly
